Scope
This policy applies only to orders placed on the HERZO Official Website (Independent Store).
For products purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.), please contact the respective platform’s customer service.
HERZO reserves the right of final interpretation for after-sales service on independent store orders and ensures compliance with local consumer protection regulations.
HERZO Return Policy Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your HERZO purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, handling charges, gift wrapping, and donations are non-refundable.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the promotion page cannot be returned.
How to Return
Before submitting a return request, please email info@herzotools.com or submit your return information via the HERZO Returns Page to obtain approval. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return in your email.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and approve your request. The confirmation email will include the return address and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return, print the return label, place the packing slip inside the package, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or shipping carrier, or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
- Once we process your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after we receive your return.
Note on Credit Card Refunds: Please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@herzotools.com. After verification, we will:
- Resend the correct item, or
- Issue a full refund and cover all related shipping costs.
HERZO reserves the right to inspect returned items to confirm the reported issue.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Additional Notes
- During promotional periods or public holidays, return processing times may be slightly delayed.
- Requests submitted outside the 30-day return window cannot be processed.
- All return or exchange requests must be confirmed by HERZO Customer Service before shipping items back.
